While i was trying to install the 7p3 version of Telemac2D, an error appeared after I used "compiletelemac.py" to compile it. The error is

I think this message should be in the installation section.

Your message is saying that you don't have mpif90 or that its path is not defined. I believe mpif90 is for linux and not winodws, maybe try with gfortran instead.

Can you please tell how to change the compiler from mpif90 to gfortran on the systel file ?

Have you been able to successfully compile any other configuration on your machine? The config file your using is for Linux cluster, but your command window is windows. I would also suggest you compile a scalar version before any parallel version or cluster.

Just follow the link at the top of your config file.

try win or winHPC instead of eole.intel.debug
