open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I am using telemac V7P2. I have made boundary condition file (.cli) , geometry file(.slf) and steering file(.cas). All boundaries are solid boundary except one. I have data(variation in H due to tides) of each node on that open boundary.
What kind of changes I have made in BORD.f subroutine?
How can i call that TIDE data file in BORD?
I am new to FORTRAN language. Please suggest me reference material to learn about BORD.f file?

if you are new with fortran , the task will not be easy to achieve. Explanation how to do will be harder :)
the easiest way is choose JMJ tide option and then to adapt routines involved in it in order to read data from your file.
