Hello.

I'm having two kinds of trouble with my tidal simulation.

1) when trying to simulate a longer period than approximately 8 days the simulation just stops in the middle. It doesn't abort or show error message, just stays like "stopped.jpg" forever.

2) If I run it with COEFFICIENT TI CALIBRATE SEA LEVEL = 2 the results are great. The problem is that the mean sea level isn't 2 and if I take this coefficient any lower the results are very strange - see attached free surface time series. I changed nothing else in between these two runs.

Oops. I seem to have uploaded some tides_2019-04-05.cas file I have no idea where came from instead of the geometry file. Here is the geometry.

Hi
In fact you have problem with your geometry file.
There is no bottom in it then the value is 0 everywhere.
And you can't see it as you didn't save the bottom in the result file
This comes from the fact you doesn't have the right name in the geometry file.
If you look into the computation listing file, at the beginning, you should see a message about this problem
In BK, add a new variable and choose bottom in the list and generate a new selafin file.
This should solve your problems

Regards
Christophe
