This is some harmonic tide values at the boundary nodes.
You could see the period of the 4 tide components (probably M2, S2, K2, M4)
And for each boundary node you have the amplitude and phase value of each component

Hi
I'm not sure about the first value (4) so you will give the same value than the second line
The second line (4) is the number of tide component used
The 4 following line is the period of each tide component
44714.0 is the period of M2
43200.0 is the period of S2
45570.0 is the period of N2
22357.0 is the period of M4 (equal to half of M2)
