I'm trying to create a steering file with ZERO DEPTH initial condition but i don't know how to do. My problem is in the steering file or in the liquid boundaries file i suppose. Could you help me and explain me if is only a problem of values or of keywords i have used?
thanks

It's hard to say without the geometry or detail on you boundary, you specify 5000m3/s from time 0s with zero depth initial condition. Not sure what you are trying to midel, but you could start with 0 discharge and slowly increase it or give some small depth value.

Hello

Telemac-2D is not able to prescribe a discharge on a dry boundary. This explains the error message you get.
To prescribe a discharge, Telemac needs a water depth which is not nil in order to deduce a velocity from a discharge.
To help to fix this, you can introduce at your liquid boundary a small water depth only at t=0 and in the vicinity of the boundary.

I hope this helps
kind regards

Riadh
