Free water-level on downstream boundary

In a simulation of a real river case, I only have the discharge data on the inflow boundary. But I don't have any water-level data on the outlet boundary.
Therefore, I would like to set the downstream water depth as a free.
As far as I know, For boundary condition, I can set LIHBOR=4.
But how can I set the keywords in the steering file for PRESCRIBED ELEVATIONS=?
since I don't have any water-level data.
Is it OK if I set 0.0:0.0 ? or is there any other methods?
Your suggestion is appreciated.
Thank you

You are right, setting LIHBOR=4 in the BOUNDARY CONDITIONS FILE means free water depth.
You do not need to set the keyword PRESCRIBED ELEVATIONS if there are no value 5 for LIHBOR.
As told in the T2D user manual, "If a boundary does not correspond to the specified keyword, the value will be ignored (for example, the user can specify 0.0 in all cases)."
Hope this helps,
