Hello all,
I have noticed that in telemac2d, I still need to define BINARY DATA FILE 1 FORMAT otherwise the computation halts with an error. This is no more required with e.g. geometry file where precision is automatically detected.
Moreover, if I have a double precision BINARY DATA FILE 1, setting 'SERAFIN' or 'SERAFIND' doesn't make any difference. It just needs be there.
Having a closer look at the dictionary, 'SERAFIN' is everywhere replaced by 'SERAFIN?, except BINARY DATA FILE 1 FORMAT.

yugi OFFLINE openTELEMAC Guru Posts: 851 Thank you received: 244	HI, This is normal because by default the file format is BIN. Hence the need to specify the format is it is a serafin file. However if you specify SERAFIN or SERAFIND it should correct automatically if you made a mistake.
