open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Dear all,

I have a difficulty to run telemac2d.py as usual, say :
"tzlemeac2d.py -s casefile"
It returen me an error "too few arguments".
It seems that it needs two arguments at least, but I don't know what ?

I think the correct formulation would be "telemac2d.py NameOfYourFile.cas".

Moreover, are you aware that adding "-s" if an option which generate an output listing ?

This is a problem with your python installation.
The arguments following telemac2d.py are not passed to the python command which explain the error message
This has been already discussed in the forum

try the command: python [path_to_scripts_directory]\telemac2d.py -s casefile

Yes that's the solution, but I write the command :
python [path_to_scripts_directory]\runcode.py telemac2d -s casefile

Hi,

The issue can be resolved by editing in regedit the command associated to python.
The issue here is that the command associated with Python files ignores the arguments.

This way you can still use telemac.py directly.
