open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hi,

I have recently upgraded to Telemac V7P3 from V6P3 (I am behind the times a know!). The model I am working on has watersources and runs fine on V6. On V7 the watersources stop the model from running. I get the following error:

The first part of this error ("WARNING IN DICTIONARY: FOR KEYWORD: VARIABLES FOR GRAPHIC PRINTOUTS THE NUMBER OF DEFAULT VALUES 1 IS DIFFERENT FROM THE DECLARED SIZE 4) I get when water sources are not included in the model and the model works so I don't think this is actually a problem. My water sources keywords (which work in V6) are as follows:

If I comment these out the model runs fine in V7.

Hi,

by default, Fortran accepts only 72 characters per line, Maybe this is the reason, unless you compiled the code with another instruction.

Thanks for your reply. To be honest I have no experience in Fortran and have never looked at the Fortran file. I usually just modify the CAS file and then send the job to be compiled and run in parallel .

Like I said it runs just fine with V6 and without the water sources. I'm not sure if this is what you meant but I tried deleting any unnecessary zeros from the coordinates in the Watersources keywords to shorten the number of characters here but this did not work.

Any further guidance/ideas would be very much appreciated.

Fortran file is still missing...

Apologies for not getting back on this - unfortunately I haven't been able to access all of my files due to the lockdown. I did however manage to start again from what I had and got this working so thanks for the help!
