Please kindly provide me a link to download the files that need to proceed in the tutorial (2D). The following link provided in the tutorial seems expired or not working properly.

As you seem to be new, first, I would suggest you to read the Rules of this forum. Then apply the 1st rule. I tried the search with web.engr.oregonstate.edu and I found your answer which should match your request.
