open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I have posted another note on the forum about an error in running an example file. I think the problem is with systel.cfg. I reproduced the error here

Not able to get to the configuration file: C:\opentelemac-mascaret\v8p1r0\configs\systel.cfg

... in directory: C:\opentelemac-mascaret\v8p1r0\configs
... use instead:
+> readme.cfg
+> systel.cis-debian.cfg
+> systel.cis-doxygen.cfg
+> systel.cis-fedora.cfg
+> systel.cis-hydra.cfg
+> systel.cis-opensuse.cfg
+> systel.cis-ubuntu.cfg
+> systel.cis-windows.cfg
+> systel.cis-windows7.cfg
+> systel.edf.cfg
+> systel.hrw.cfg
+> systel.power8.cfg
+> systel.salome.cfg
+> Win10gfortPLL.cfg

I am not sure where the systel.cgf file is listed or stored. I have modified the Wind10gfortpll.cfg and used for compilation.
