Hi everybody,

does anyone know why this error occurs?

I try to do a simulation with SCS-method (rainfall runoff = 1) and define for each node a CN Value in range of 0 to 100 in the mesh.

But then when I run the simulation, this occurs.
It is no problem when I run the example in pluie.

Does it have anything to do with the double precision mesh?

I am running v8p1.

Thanks a lot.

After upgrading the program to the newest version v8p2 the error code is now clearer. It said that the CN-Value of my node ist negative. Instead of 100 as in the mesh defined (number type: double) it is regconised as -1000000.
Using a dat formatted data instead of defining CN values directly in the mesh works well.

Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

I figured out I choose the wrong runoff_scs_cn.f in the example pluie.
In the attached file runoff_scs_cn.f, I should have deactivated the lines 258 till 261 and activated the lines 270 till 273?

Hi
you're right, this fortran file doesn't look into the values stored in the geo file
changing the commented/uncommented line as proposed should do the job
