open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hello Community I have the following problem.
I would like to generate a normal flow stream with a given constant flow rate Q = 4495 m³/s , which flows through this flow - at the bottom it should flow out again.
Telemac now has problems with the boundary conditions. What am I doing wrong? Are my settings generally wrong, is it the mesh?
I have now gone through 2 variants
1. boundary conditions via fudaa
2. boundary conditions via BlueKenue

always the same problems. Maybe someone has an idea how to fix it.
