I have conducted the simulation for combined effect of storm and river discharge in the estuary region. In that I need to capture soil infiltration in flooded areas(dry area), is there any option in telemac?

I don't think this is available as a fully developped feature but one possibility would be to treat infiltration as evapotranspiration, which is supported (in that case, infiltrated volumes are lost). However, to get it to work the way you want, you might need to do some programming in order to fine tune infiltration based on: local land cover, constant infiltration rates or more advance formulations based on local head, etc...

The evapotranspiration is applied in the same manner than rainfall but with a negative rainfall value in the array PLUIE%R. See the corresponding part in subroutine prosou.f.
