I'm try to run a Telemac2D model including both rainfall-runoff and thermic part. I'm not sure how to set up the ".cas" file. Have anyone done this before?

Hell zhyccu,

I have not done this, but you can have a look at the TELEMAC-2D pluie and the WAQTEL waq2d_thermic examples + TELEMAC-2D and WAQTEL user manuals + TELEMAC-2D and WAQTEL validation manuals. The 2 examples are described in the 2 validation manuals.
