How to read SERAFIN file (.self) with fortran, python or java? Into a readable file?

Hi
Selafin file is a binary file and the entire description is detailed in user manual.
To access a selafin file in python, you should compile the API version of hermes and then you could directly load the selafin (there is some examples in the notebooks)
In fortran, the basic functions are available in the utils\hermes directory.
