open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Greetings,

i am a beginner in Telemac and i am trying to achieve the following thing :
I have .asc files with the bathymetry of a river and an excel table with the water levels for the past 30 days and the next 30 days.

My question is what is the best way to create the Telemac 2D input files ( .cli, .cas and .slf ) to run a simulation that creates a .slf output file visualizing the water level change in the bathymetry?

Is there a tutorial that can help me solve this problem?
