Hello,

I have been using Telemac and Gaia (v8p2r1) for the last two weeks. However, I always had the issue, that each time I restarted my Laptop (Windows10) it asked me to recompile. Eventually, the only file, which was actually recompiled was "libmascaret.lib", besides I only got the message "there is no need to recompile...". But at least everything seemed to work fine afterwards.

Since yesterday, however, I always get the error message "UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xf6 in position 23" for Telemac2d and Gaia simulations, although I tried to run several simulations which used to work previously. I already tried to recompile Telemac with numerous systel.cfg files, but without success.
I already checked this post: www.opentelemac.org/index.php/assistance...yte-0x8a-in-position but without success either.

Has anyone an idea how I can fix this? I attached the systel.cfg file and the error I get, maybe it helps...
