Dear all
I have simulated a coastal region with tidal flows and now I have water elevation and velocities in a 1-year period.
on the other hand I have measured values of water elevation in the study area.
When I compare simulated levels by measured values I see a different in phase. when I compare simulated values by TPXO I have good agreement. How can I remove this difference of phase?

There is a large number of possibilities...
Wrong georeference, wrong date...
Check the computed value imposed at the boundary by telemac (compare to tpxo only at the same location and/or measurements)

I have checked my TPXO at the boundaries and my model is in good agreement with my simulations, but my results are not compatible with measurements of Admiralty Tide Tables.

Is the time shift constant all along the simulation or there is some changes in it?
According your graph, it seems there is 4 days difference which is huge!

Hi this looks like a problem in date/time of simulation
Hard to say more without the model (and the time to investigate)
