Hi!

Can somebody help me please, I tried this model for months and still couldn't produce good results.

I am trying to make a tidal current in Larantuka Strait in Indonesia. However, the results are way off and there are some jet streams up to 500 m/s starting from the bottom left of the domain.

The results in the other areas are also questionable. Is it due to the remote location so that it is not well represented by TPXO? I used hf.IO_2010.out and uv.IO_2010.out TPXO data and I attach my .cli, .slf, and the results.

Where did I go wrong? I tried suggestions available on this forum and no solutions so far. Thanks for your attention!

msuryaprawira	Hi, Chi-Tuan Yes, it looks something like this. The boundary is round-shaped at the Southern and Northern parts of the domain. I will try your suggestions on the link suggested by using MINIMUM DEPTH and will consult further with the user manual. I will post the results here after I finish running my simulation. Thanks!
