Set the boundary condition to 4 5 5 in BlueKenue. Corresponding boundary conditions are set in TELEMAC-2D as follows. The runtime error is as follows.

Hi,

Maybe the keyword PRESCRIBED FLOWRATES is missing in your steering file? You can refer to the telemac2d user manual for more info.
it is necessary to have the corresponding keywords PRESCRIBED FLOWRATES/ELEVATIONS to trigger the use of the liquid boundaries file.
