Hi,
im a beginner in telemac 2d.
I was validating the measured velocity for 15 min data points for 7 days with telemac 2D result.
comparing the measured and telemac velocity results, the graphs doesn't match
While the measured velocity has spikes in the result and telemac gets the smoothened graph results.
What is causing this to happen and how to get more similar results ???

Hello,

If you say which release you use and send your steering file, maybe someone can correctly answer you.

Anyway, if you do not take into account wind effects, waves, atmospheric pressure, storm surges... in your TELEMAC-2D model but only tidal boundary conditions, it may explain the differences.
