I want to give wind inputs in hydrodynamic simulation with the option for wind=3

I have the magnitude and direction of three stations.

The issue is that when I run a test case file, it showing a key error as seen in the figure

As a first suggestion I would advise you to upgrade your version as v6p3 is a very old one and assistance is only available for the official one which is v8p2 and very soon v8p3

To complete his answer, the keyword ASCII ATMOSPHERIC DATA FILE was created after release v6p3 (= 2013!) and v8p3r0 is available since last Monday. :)

Thankyou for quick reply... the test case is running successfully. But when i run my files it showing ...Not able to find win7gfors\buids\bin..telemac2d.exe files

From where i can download these files?

You don't have to download these files are they are already in your computer as you could run the test case.
There is probably a problem in your installation or in your configuration

You should provide all the details to allow us to understand where the problem is

I installed v8p1 and v8p2r0 in two different computers

After downloading all the files from SVN repository ... the thinks are ok it seems till i configure the files but after that during compilation it shows

To my knowledge, you need to stay connected to the internet whilst compiling the source code and even when running a simulation (as losing internet connection in crashes the simulation in parallel mode at least).

If all files have been downloaded successfully from the SVN repository as well as the correct batch and config files - considering you allowing the automatic installer to run and fail to install prerequisites to start with-, you should be able to compile the source code successfully.
