open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

I am planning to do research on tidal turbine extraction using actuator disc theory to represent the turbine in my model. Is there any reference on how to perform this calculation? I would like some method or tutorial on this matter. Thanks

And using google e.g. you can find some references that may help you.

I am not familiar with this technique in TELEMAC.
