open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hello everyone, I recently installed the latest version of Telemac v8p3 on Linux (first time using Linux) and i managed to compile it with no errors however, when i want to test Telemac 2d by running an example model from Telemac examples. it show me an error and I couldn't understand what it means.

thank you Mr. Pham for informing me about the rules and the solution link. I have been trying to solve the issue using the steps in the link provided but unfortunately I couldn't solve I keep getting the same error even when I try to run different version(v8p2r1). What I did next is to try to install v8p2r1 in Windows 10 since I know how to work on it better than Linux and I managed to Compile it successfully But I kind of get an error similar to Linux when I want to run any Example. I have v8p1r2 installed in my PC and it runs good when I use Python 2.7 but whenever I try to run python3 (python 3.5.3) it gives me the same error as shown in the picture. I'm not sure if the problem from python3 or something else I couldn't understand why I get this error.

And the most important, read the error message!!!

It's clearly indicate MISSING FILE!!!
