open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Dear all,
I am trying to produce a steady simulation but when the log doesn't look good. It says:
GRACJG (BIEF) : EXCEEDING MAXIMUM ITERATIONS: 200 RELATIVE PRECISION: NaN
GRACJG (BIEF) : EXCEEDING MAXIMUM ITERATIONS: 50 RELATIVE PRECISION:

On another post I saw that it barely has something to do with the maximum number of iterations. My tutor says my model is not converging (?), but I don't know how to solve this issue.
Hope someone can help me with this, thanks in advance!
