in the user manual, they often refer to different appendixes, but at the end of the user manual, there is no appendix. Where can I find Telemac Appendix?

The Appendices of the different manuals are places just before the bibliography. They are called chapter A, B, C ...
You can directly download from the wiki section of the website the latest documentation where this are present without any doubt.
