Dear devs,

I'm on V8P3R2 (but no change on main on gitlab) and I often have the below error when I use 2 for erosion option.

Current nodes on polyline of my breach :


The documentation does not explicite quite well how to define the polyline when erosion option = 2.

Can someone explain a bit how to correctly define the polyline when erosion option = 2 ?

Just in case but you probably already knows that:
- Documentation has been updated about breaches
- Error message looks like you just have one point to define your polyline?

What do you mean by "erosion option"? Do you mean Option for lateral growth = 2?

In that case you can find an example in "breach" case from the examples.

Indeed, it was the cause. I was tired...
Exactly. I had a issue in the past where I had to add additional vertices to polyline so TELEMAC can compute the breach initiation location. But examples couldn't help me at the time.

I plan to add a "breach" manager to github.com/Artelia/Mesh_tools in a near future to prevent user mistakes.
