Hallo,

I am using Telemac2D and it runs smooth, but takes a long time. I wanted to start the Model with the parallel process. But then it is just working with one Boundary Condition File and not the two that I have. Does anybody know a solution for the topic?

I read something that it is because in the parallel the boundary conditions point numbers change...but I am not sure if it is like that and if so I am not sure how to change it in my CAS file.

Thank you and kind regards!
Erken

Hi
Could you indicate what is the error message when you run in parallel?
Did you check if the parallel compilation is working well with one of the example?

Hope this helps

Hi,
the same model with just one boundary is working good with the parallel process, it is just when I add the second boundary.

And I can see while it is running that Telemac is just working with my second boundary. Normally there is 1 and then 2, but with the parallel it is just 2.

The Error is:
T= 300601.00000000000 OUT OF RANGE
OF THE FILE OF LIQUID BOUNDARIES
NUMBER OF LINES : 335
SOME COMPILERS REQUIRE AN
EMPTY LINE AT THE END OF THE FILE

PLANTE: PROGRAM STOPPED AFTER AN ERROR
RETURNING EXIT CODE: 2

You only see the master processor listing... The second listing is available in the temporary directory...
Error message semmes to be clear... Try to add a final value later than the last one

I try to add and delete a line, but nothing changed.

Here a two more pictures: one with running it on one processor and the other on running on 8. Where is my Liquid Boundary: SL(1) boundary going?

If I run it with have of the waterlevel timespetps (around 300 000) it is working normally but with the full amount of timesteps (around 600 000) one boundary is missing in my cmd. Is it really missing or is just not showing up?

Hi
Spend a little bit of your time to read the different manuals to well understand how telemac works, particularly in parallel!
As already wrote, the listing on screen is the listing of the master processor which is associated to the subdomain 0.
If the boundary 1 is not in this subdomain, it will not appears in the listing. Look at the other listings (PE...log)
