open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hi everyone:
I try to run Telemac 2d in Windows with the **.bat file for every half hour. The Console windows show every time. So, How to run telemac2d and do not show the console windows when run the **.bat file。
The content of the **.bat file is showed as follows (also can be seen in the attachment):
start cmd /k "cd /d D:\TELE\kunshan\kunshan && C:\opentelemac-mascaret\v8p0r0\scripts\python27\telemac3d.py t3d_kunshan.cas --ncsize 4"

A few remarks:
- I cannot see any attachment,
- use the latest release (currently v8p4r0),
- stop using Python 2.7 (not maintained anymore),
- can you run a simple example from the TELEMAC-2D database? If not, you may have an installation issue in Windows. In that case, I would suggest to read the dedidated section.

It seems not to be a TELEMAC-2D issue, but an issue with something else...
