There are differences between telemac simulation results and measured data, mainly due to differences in amplitude and phase. What parameters should I modify to get closer to the measured data?

Hard to say without knowing your boundary conditions, inital conditions. What you're trying to simulate, where these water levels are taken. What the difference is between your simulations.

Provide details, share input files if possible.
