I had a successful run of an unsteady 2d run (quasi-steady) run, however I have a very big fluctuation in the outflow, I wish if someone has any hints on how to smooth the results.

What about your initial conditions? Are they far from steady state?

You can try to play with keyword STAGE-DISCHARGE CURVES RELAXATION COEFFICIENT (please read the TELEMAC-2D user manual for more explanations).
