Is there a lenght limitation for the hydrodynamic Simulation of Culverts ?

No length limitation.
Length is only used to compute linear losses.

Check chapter 1.7 in TELEMAC3D Theory Guide (valid for culvert in TELEMAC2D).

In fact, there is a kind of implementation of length limitation because there is no lag between input and output discharge.
The transfert is always considered as instantaneous...

Thanks a lot for your reply. I would have one more question in this regard. As far as I understood, from other posts, the culvert discharge is however limited by the cell size. For example, if I had a circular Culvert with a diameter of 2.5 m in a mesh with an element size of 50 cm, the calculation of the discharge would not be correct unless the culvert is divided into two or three, correct ?

Once again, this could be a limitation or not...
The culverts, in the basic description is a structure smaller than the mesh which as a local incidence but which is not the interesting part of the study. To avoid problem of numerical instabilities, there is a limitation in the computation of the discharge given by the water volume of the cells surrounding the entry node. You cannot obtain a discharge which on the computation time step gives a greater volume than the available water volume.
In the described case, if the computed discharge is low (due to upstream and downstream condition), having a culvert of 2.5m with 0.5m cell size will not be a problem...
