open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hi,

I'm looking for a test-case with a weir (nombre de seuils = 1 or more). If you have one, please share. I'm having hard time to insert such a seuil in a river model. I use Fudaa-Prepro to insert the seuil but my simulations are not stable. Any tips for this kind of simulation?

There is actually in telemac2d a test case called "weirs" which has 3 weirs in a canal, unless it has not been made available for download (no time to check), but in this case we can add it.

Just like you said, I found the weir case in test.gb. Actually, I was only looking in test.fr that's why I couln't find it. I modified the file according to my needs and it worked perfectly. I will now try to modify the "inside boundary" laws to simulate different structures such as underflow sluice gate.

OK. Please note that weirs will not work in parallel mode. It will work in parallel in version 6.2, this is done and under test.
