Yes you can!
you can impose a grandient of concentration as a boundary condition. In Telemac2d you have the following condition dT/dn = aT+b
the coefficient a and b are introduced with the boundary condition file, they correspond to ATBOR and BTBOR.
For more details, have a glance on the user manual (paragraph 4.2.3). It is well explained.
