I have a problem with the return of my results. I am modelling a dam break with TELEMAC 2D and the interface Fudaa-prepro. My simulation seems to run without any problem and at the end I have the following message :

I don't understand what the problem is and I don't know how to solve it.
Is there sommeone who can help me ?
After 5 days of running I have no results, it's a litte bit annoying...

Your file seems to have a strange name with spaces ?

Hello,
It seems that you run with a sequential verion. You can maybe recuperate the result at the temporary folder (if it has not beed erased). The result file is called T2DRES.
Moreover, why you are not using parallel version !? waiting more than 5 days for a single simulation, to end with a problem in the result file, In deed, it is annoying!

As I see:
It's an old version of Telemac
Running with Perl

So if your result file is larger than 2gb this is a well known problem of windows...

Solution, if the temp directory already exists: move (not copy) the T2DRES file and rename it
If the temp directory has been erased, run the simulation again with -t option (avoid directory erase)

Another option change the output period or varaibles to reduce the size of the result file

@JMH : There are no spaces in my file names but underscore. I often use underscore in file names (May I avoid using it ?) and usually it works...

@Riadh : unfortunately, the T2DRES file has been erased... About parallel version can I ask you how can I set up such a version ? I don't know much about computing but if there is a way to decrease simulation time it is really interesting !

@Christophe : I'm sorry but I didn't found the option you talked about to avoid directory erase, where can I found it ? Is it in Fudaa ?

It's available in Fudaa.
but you could also select this option if you run telemac manually (try -h to see the list of options)

Otherwise
Underscore is authorized in the file name
For the parallelism, it depends mainl on your version and eventually the way you compiled it. To activate the parallelism, you just have to add the keyword PARALLEL PROCESSORS with the number of available processors on your computer
