Hi,

I'm getting strange results when flow approaches an embankment. Water heights are blow embankment height, yet water manages to overtop the embankment.

I thought maybe my time step was too large (10s) and water simply by-passed the embankment (is this possible?), but same result with 2s time step.

When creating the mesh, I have defined the embankment height as a 'hard line', with relatively high resolution node count along the line.

What is the best way to define embankments in the grid, and are there any special associated commands?

You can also try the new keyword :

THRESHOLD DEPTH FOR RECEDING PROCEDURE : 0.03

or a few centimetres depending on the case. It works also in parallel and with tracers.
