HI, Antonio e Beatrice have a proble with Telemac 2d using windows 8... FUDDA- PRE-PRO RUN TELEMAC END RUNTEL HAVE AN ERROR IN LINE 273.... this is the error:

FATAL : Module <tm_info> inaccessible.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at C:\opentelemac\v6p2r1\bin/runtel.pl line 27

we have same questuions :

1) can we use windows 8 or windows 7
2) wich version of per we nead to use wintk the pre compiled telemac version?

Hi Antonio,

You normally get this error if you have more than one perl installed.
Did you add the bin to your path?

Telemac has been installed on Windows 7 and 8.
But the compiled version is for windows xp.
You should try using the python instead of the perl.

As for the version of perl 5.6 or higher.

I have tried to compile for Win 8, but I can't. I don't know if I have done good the systel.cfg file. I send you my .cfg file, if you have time, could you check it, please?? Thank you for your help.

What kind of error are you getting when try to compile?
Could you show me the output of your code when you run compileTelemac.py.
