open TELEMAC-MASCARET The mathematically superior suite of solvers

Hi,

I make a tide simulation on telemac 2d. When i want to see my results on fudaa, i have this error:



In my steering file, i put this parameters:
VARIABLES POUR LES SORTIES GRAPHIQUES : 'U,V,S,B,H,A,G'
VARIABLES A IMPRIMER : ''
PAS DE TEMPS : 10
/NOMBRE DE PAS DE TEMPS = 100.
DUREE DU CALCUL : 1843200/durée run avril
PERIODE POUR LES SORTIES GRAPHIQUES : 180
PERIODE DE SORTIE LISTING : 180

I don't understand where is the problem.

My simulation ran during 3 days. CAn i see my results during the simulation? Can i have intermediate outputs during the simulation? If Yes, how can i do to put this intermediate visualisation?

Hi Florian,

Your problem may come from FUDAA-PREPRO rather than TELEMAC-2D or a simulation of tides (or maybe an error of yours?).

Anyway, when you tried to visualise your results, has your computation finished properly or not (see the output and possible error messages)? It seems that it has not with the information you sent (1,843,200/180/10. = 1,024 writings, not 917 or 918).

As already told in other posts, it is possible to see the intermediate results during the simulation. You go in the temporary directory created for the calculation and visualise the T2DRES file (mnemo for the results file for TELEMAC-2D, see the dictionnary telemac2d.dico) for a scalar computation or the T2DRES*****-***** files for a parallel computation (each file is a result file on a sub-domain).

Otherwise, maybe you can try to change the keyword 'DUREE DU CALCUL' into an equivalent 'NOMBRE DE PAS DE TEMPS'.
