Hi,

I am trying to run the case tel2d_v6p2/060_init_3 in parallel.
However I get the following error when I run it in parallel using 2 processors.
The same error is also reflected when I try with 4 processors.

POINT SOURCE 1 HORS DOMAINE

EN MODE PARALLELE LES SOURCES PONCTUELLES
DOIVENT COINCIDER EXACTEMENT AVEC DES POINTS
DU MAILLAGE, POUR LA SOURCE 1 CHOISIR :
X = 247.045013427734 Y = 556.306030273438

Do I need to do any modification in the steering file in order to make the case run in parallel.

gourish	Hi, I got the solution. As the message suggested the change to put the x and the y coordinates as X = 247.045013427734 Y = 556.306030273438. I did the change and it worked. Gourish

jmhervouet	Hello, You got it, but I'll change this in the next version. In parallel we impose that the sources are points in the mesh. The algorithm takes the nearest point and in parallel all the processors would find their nearest point, so we impose that the nearest point must be very near... or it is not considered.
