I want to simulate the transport of a pollutant in a river.

The values of the tracers at the sources are an arbitrary unit, e.g. °C if your tracer is temperature. You may choose to take a concentration of bacteria or anything you want, the only constraint is that this value will be submitted to diffusion, so probably only a concentration of something has some physical sense.

Please note that you have a keyword : NAMES OF TRACERS in 32 characters each, that includes the unit, if you want to have a clean listing and outputs.
