Besides,could you please tell me what's the difference between v6.1 and v6.2 except for macaret and key words?

Can 3D suspended sediment be simulated in v6.2?(I didn't see the SEDI module in the sources code)

SEDI-3D source codes are fully included in TELEMAC-3D source codes. In particular, you can model supsended sediment with the version 6.2 of TELEMAC-3D.

Actually, I'm a little confused when Telemac2d/3d couples with Sisyphe, should the varialbes be printed out in Telemac2d/3d or Sisyphe?

In coupling every program keeps its variables as in a standalone mode and you get two different results files.

SEDI-3D source codes are located in the same directory as TELEMAC-3D source codes. For example, in the v6p2r1 tag, they are located in telemac3d/tel3d_v6p2/sources directory.
