Dear all,
I'm a user telemac2d, version v6p2. The model was installed in Intel Cluster with 8 processors. I have a problem that runs very good with option 1 processor. Unfortunately, when I change in my steering file the number of processor is 8, the program was failed (parallel mode with 8 processors?). I don't know why? I would like to know where I can identify this error (or tell me if I miss something)? Because I don't have any information on screen when the program was failed. Dear Costas,
Thank you very much for your prompt response.
- Yes, I have tested with parallel mode for problem 201_malpasset-large (cas with 1 processor, calculation times is 8 minutes 34 seconds and cas with 8 processors, 2 minutes 15 seconds). All test run very well.
- I run telemac2d from my PC (connected from distance with Inter Cluster), so I don't have systel.cfg file. I will ask the administrator this system and post it to you ASAP.

Hi,

Since you can run other cases in parallel, then there is no problem with your installation and systel.cfg won't be necessary. Please post your specific steering file that you have problem with.

You can also turn debugging on in your cas file (Debugger=1) and try to capture the error by redirecting the console output in a txt file (add >prnt_list.txt at the end of the telemac2d execution command). I am assuming you are running windows OS. There are similar ways in linux of course.

nguyenthong_BK	Salut, Thank you very much for your help. I have found this error in my fortran file. As the number of point in the boundary has changed when le program work at parallel mode.
