Hello I am using telemac 2D coupled with sisyphe to simulate sediment transport around one weir in one South Korean River area.

The study domain has some areas that have been defined as non erodable and the sand gradation of the river bed is taken into account.

I am having problems to use a previous file to continue the simulation.

I read some previous post and I thought that my mistake was due to the size of the output file. Using fudaa I imported the last time-step of the simulated file.

However, the simulations are not running properly. I think that my problem is due to the fact that the NOER variable is not included in the output file.

Could anyone help me to extract this variale and add it into the output file? I tried to use BK to add the variable to the output but it was not possible.

Thank you in advance.

Carlos

Hello,

The non erodable bed is ZR in the Fortran and to have it in the output file just add R in the list of VARIABLES FOR GRAPHIC PRINTOUT

Please also note that in subroutine noerod in version 6.2 ZR is wrongly put at -100 m instead of ZF-100. (in the call OS operation 'X=C ' should be changed into 'X=Y+C ' to correct the mistake.

Hello Jean-Michel,

Thanks for your help.

I tried your suggestion but it doesn't worked. The variable R in the output only contains 0's.

The noer subroutine that I used works fine but I cannot manage to get the output.

The name of the variable where I specify the depth of the erodable layes is NOER. Should I expect to obtain this variable in my output without modifying PRERES and NOMVAR subroutines?

A few months ago I open a topic on sisyphe forum to discuss about the definition of non-erodable areas. I posted my question to that same topic.

Thank you very much

Hello,

Adding R in the list of VARIABLES FOR GRAPHIC PRINTOUTS will give you ZR in the output file, with the name of variable "RIGID BED" or "FOND RIGIDE", it is the ZR that you build in your subroutine, if it is only 0 we must have a misunderstanding somewhere (check also the second time step issued, in case it is just not done at the first time-step, in which case we would have to correct this).
