I did'nt understand very well you post (and maybe this the reason why nobody has answered).
To prescribe the stage-discharge curve you need to prescribe at the corresponding liquid boundary a prescribed elevation condition and you need to add the key-word STAGE-DISCHARGE CURVES with a value of 1 for boundary where you want to apply this condition and 0 otherwise.
If you look at your file, the flowrate varies from 113 to 120m3/s but in your post you have a flowrate of 1230m3/s. In that case, the last value (56.8m) will be applied for all local flowrates greater than 120m3/s. Note that, we speak about global flowrate, on the whole liquid boundary and not node by node. if you want to manage the velocity profile at the boundary you need to use the key-word VELOCITY PROFILE (see user manual for values to be used).
