Hello,

You have actually two open boundaries in your file FOND_BC.cli, both commented "new boundary". The boundary conditions will apply to boundary 1 only, where the depth is 0, because, and it explains probably all, the bottom is at about 3800 m, whereas you certainly mean -3800 m.

Hi,

I am not sure if I understood your message correctly. I think I have one open boundary. In file FOND_BC.cli, all the nodes labelled with "new boundary" are part of one open boundary with starts at node no. 7 and ends at node no. 309. Also, whenever I run a simulation, Telemac reads only one Liquid Boundary. I have send a snapshot of the computation.

I apologize if my questions are silly. I am new to Telemac.

Hello,

Please look at your boundary conditions file, you have 2 open boundaries (look for all occurencies of "new boundary").

and the main problem is what I tell you in my previous message :

YOUR BOTTOM ELEVATION SHOULD NOT BE AROUND 3800 AT BOUNDARY 1, BUT -3800.

You did a mountain, not a sea...

Hello,

Yes, I understood what you said. I have fixed the bathymetry now. The simulation seems to running okay now. Thanks a lot for your help and for replying to every message.

Best Regards,
