The problem looks to be linked to Thompson boundary conditions. However, with the files you've attached, we can not conclude about the problem nature. Here are some suggestions:
- do you have the same problem in scalar mode? if yes, do you have exactly the same stopping point ==> if yes, the problem does not come from parallelism
- I see that you are using TPXO tide database, keywords dedicated to the tide imposition are scattered haphazardly in your steering file, that's why it is difficult to verify if there are inconsistensies. I suggest that you unplug the tide and see it the problem remains.
- You are using TPXO data base, but I see some JMJ appearing somewhere, please verify if there any incoherence
-remove the keryword STEERING FILE =... this can generate problems
