I've never seen such error before. However, it is written in the upper part of your listing that you have points with 11 neighbors. This could be a big source of troubles because Telemac-2d does not accept more than 10 neighbors. So re-adapt your mesh and try to run again. I hope that this will help.

It would be interesting to have your case with 11 neighbours in the mesh. I do not understand why in that case the error message is not clear, because the message saying that there are too many neighbours exists in the code, apparently we do not get to it.
