Hi, all.
My study area is East Sea near Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. I use Telemac2d to simulate tide with TPXO database downloaded from volkov.oce.orst.edu/tides/YS.html, China Seas 1/30º (uv.YS_2010 and hf.YS_2010)
The problems here, result is not good, velocity and water level are very high.

Anybody give me advices?
I attacted geo, cas, boundary file.
Regards,
Ngoc Anh.

Hi,

Your bathymetry is not good in your geo file (you have one node, "an island", at the level 302 m !). The name of the variable inside your geo file "BienDong_Me" is not read by telemac, as a consequence all the bathymetry is null in your model. You have to change the name of your variable and name it "BOTTOM".
Don't forget to check the Coriolis number.

Regards,
Olivier
