My calcuation is so slow. And after 5D16H it shows:EXCEEDING MAXIMUM ITERATIONS: 300. the results have a large fluctuation after a period of time. Can you help me to take a look at my listing file？

Hard to say with only the listing file.
Something (probably instabilities) should appear in your model during the 5th day.
Try to make a hot start on day 5 and increase the frequency of results in the file. This will allow you to see where the problem comes from

I had the similar problem with one of my simulation, where the mesh element size was of 1 m and with TIDAL FLATS = YES.

The TYPE OF ADVECTION was 1:5 earlier, I changed it to 13:5 and reduced the time step to 1 second, with the mentioned changes the simulation worked properly without exceeding maximum iteration error. Try changing the parameters similarly and run the model.
